个人简介Personal Profile

在厦门大学外文学院与国际学院有多年任教经验,熟悉通用性的大学英语与学术英语、商务英语、ESOL及雅思等专门用途英语课程教学,并在中外合作办学项目中的专门用途英语课程体系建设方面作出初步探索,有些许心得。为都柏林项目精心设计的《综合英语》课程体系旨在全面培养学生的听说读写能力,使他们具备较高的学术英语和商务英语素养,更好地适应国外的学习并为将来的工作做准备;同时还试图培养学生的思辨能力,鼓励他们关心周围的世界,积极参与,成为具有人文精神的全面发展的公民。

 

My years of teaching at the College of Foreign Languages and Cultures and the International College of Xiamen University have familiarised me with both the general course of College English and such ESP (English for Specific Purposes) courses as EAP, Business English, ESOL and IELTS, which in turn gave me some insights in our endeavors to construct an ESP curriculum systemfor our Sino-foreign cooperative education programme. The Comprehensive English course system carefully designed for the Dublin Programme aims to foster the students’ academic and business English skills as well as critical thinking ability so that they will adapt to their overseas studies and future career and become all round and actively engaging citizens with humanistic concerns.
