April 24, professor Xiaoguneiyu and associate professor Ke Lihua from School of Information of Shizuoka Sangyo University visited our college to hold the entrance exam for Sino-Japanese program students of year 2011.They also had a discussion withSino-Japanese program students of year 2012. Dean of Overseas Education College Dean / International College Zheng Tongtao, Deputy Dean LvZixuan, and Director of the Office Huang Guanhuaexpressed at the meeting that in the future the two universities should work together to promote the development of Sino-Japanese cooperation and educational exchange programs.

The exam consisted of written test and interview. After the exam, two teachersspoke highly of our students for their fluent expression.In the afternoon, a meeting for the freshmen of year 2012 was held. Students introduced themselves fluently in Japanese to the two teachers,who commended the students for their good oral communication skills and encouraged them to make efforts for the future study in order to successfully adapt to local learning and living environment in Japan.Subsequently, the two teachers introduced the characteristics of Japan's geographical environment and Shizuoka Sangyo University to the students.

It is reported thatthe employment rate of students from Shizuoka Sangyo University is as high as 90%. Graduates can also choose to stay in Japan for further studyand some of them have already been admitted to the Graduate School of Waseda University, Meiji University, Osaka University, Shizuoka State University, and Waseda University, among which Waseda University dominated the majority. The two teachers stressed that there is a comprehensive employment guidance and counseling system for students at these schools.

Finally, the teachers and students also discussed the economic situation, student accommodation, transport and current fashion trend in Japan, which gave the meeting a successful conclusion.
