个人简介 Profile
史凤霞,英美文学专业学士;英国利兹贝克特大学国际酒店管理专业硕士;香港理工大学酒店及旅游管理专业博士。在英国,先后任职于多家国际品牌酒店,担任前厅部经理,餐饮部经理,总经理助理和值班经理等诸多岗位职务,积累了丰富的行业经验。由于出色的工作表现,被酒店公费派送伦敦学习WSET品酒师,以优异成绩获得了Level 2证书, 并持有英语专业八级证书。
于2008年2月入职厦门大学国际学院,现担任学院教学委员会委员及酒店管理专业负责人,参与筹建和管理专业。在院领导的大力支持下,协助学院分别设立了厦门帝元维多利亚大酒店和厦门康莱德酒店作为我院校企合作实习实训基地,帮助学生得到实践和就业的机会。现为厦门品酒师协会委员,盲品俱乐部委员,并持有WSET Level 3品酒师证书。
Shi Fengxia has obtained the doctoral degree from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.She has worked in different international brand hotels in the United Kingdom. Because of her hard working, she got a scholarship to take WEST training in London and gained the certification with distinction. She joined in the International College of Xiamen University since 2008. Currently, she is the member of Teaching Committee of International College and the course leader of Hospitality Management Programme.
