 Profile

Wanfen Guo currently teaches the courses of CSCSE-SQA HND and the Sino-Japanese 2+2 Program in Japanese. She utilizes an interdisciplinary approach to teach and investigate performance and strategies at the firm and industry levels. Her research interest lies in the field of international logistics, transportation, and leadership. She holds an MA in commerce from Kobe University in the field of marketing and applied economics.

ローコストキャリアという格安航空会社がもたらす国民経済的効果を分析し、企業の戦略的行動や産業の動きを経済学的な視点から考える。経済のグローバル化によって、役割が拡大しつつある航空輸送および、企業の戦略的行動が社会厚生に及ぼす影響と課題について研究している。また、組織における組織文化とリーダーシップについて理論と実証の双方から研究している。
