In order to unite alumni strength and jointly explore new development paths,  on December 5, Yu Hongbo, Dean of the International College(IC), Xiamen University(XMU) along with Zhang Xiaoyun, Vice Dean of IC ,led a delegation to visit alumni in Xiamen.

The delegation first visited Xiamen Xinjingdi Real Estate Co., Ltd., where they engaged in a cordial conversation with Zhong Senxin, the company’s General Manager and a alumnus of the class of 2007, IC . Dean Yu Hongbo briefly introduced the college’s recent development achievements, emphasizing that alumni are IC’s most valuable asset and their accomplishments vividly reflect IC’s reputation and social influence. She expressed hope for continually strengthened ties between alumni and IC to jointly advance and support the IC’s high-quality development. To thank Zhong Senxin for his support during the 20th-anniversary celebration of IC, Dean Yu presented him with a donation certificate on behalf of the college. Zhong Senxin fondly recalled his time studying at his alma mater, expressed profound gratitude for IC’s nurturing, and pledged to continue caring for and supporting the development of both IC and his alma mater.

On the same day, the delegation also visited Wu Peng and Hao Beibei, Alumni of the Class of 2010, learning about their recent developments and expressing earnest expectations for their future endeavors. This visit further strengthened the connection between IC and its alumni, promoting deeper cooperation in areas such as resource sharing and collaborative innovation, and injecting new momentum into the mutually beneficial development of IC and its alumni.
