On Oct. 21st 2015, Deputy Vice-Chancellor International of University of Central Lancashire, Tim Steele, China Regional Manager, Ge Jifei visited InternationalCollege. The Dean Prof. Zheng Tongtao and the associate dean Huang Guanhua met the guests in Xiang’an Campus.

Prof. Zheng said: “University  of Central Lancashire is among the best British universities in many subjects such as hotel management, tourism management and media, providing good chances of internship for our students.” He wished to raise the cooperation to a higher level. Mrs. Huang added: “University of Central Lancashire is tightly tied with enterprises, having a high employment rate of graduates.” She hoped that they could provide more internship chances for the students.

Mr. Tim Steele appreciated the warm reception. He said that to guarantee the success of the program, more details would be discussed concerning with the upcoming “1+2” programs in hotel management, tourism management and convention-exhibition management, e.g., teaching plan, course matching, costs and accommodation.
