The year meeting of “2012 Chinese and overseas cooperation partner ” is hosted by Studying abroad service centre of education department of China at Heihe College in Heilongjiangprovince. Dean of international college,ZhengTongtao, was invited to attend in this year meeting. He is employed as expert for Quality Assurance Committee of studying abroad training base, and he is issued a certificate.

In April of this year, the studying abroad training base that is founded by both studying abroad service centre of education department of China and Xiamen University is unveiled at our International College, which is the first training base in Fujian province.
