On March 8, Xiamen University and the Chinese Service Center for Scholarly abroad build a training base for the signing ceremony held in Beijing China World Hotel. Vice President Wu Daguang on behalf of my school Xiamen University signed a cooperation agreement with the Chinese Service Center for Scholarly established Chinese Service Center for Scholarly abroad training base in our school.

The two sides in the resource sharing, complementary advantages, shared responsibility, social services principle, to build a training base in Fujian Province to study abroad. The base is currently the only province authorized by the Chinese Service Center for Scholarly study abroad training base. Establish a base will give full play to the advantage of both sides to provide comprehensive training and services for the Chinese students to successfully study abroad. Chinese Service Center for Scholarly base will provide policy and operational guidance to assist our school the introduction of foreign high-quality educational resources, participation in training programs designed to study abroad, study abroad programs for teaching quality evaluation, while participating in related services and other matters relating to the promotion and study abroad . Our school will set up a base in the leading group, by the International Institute of the operation is responsible for studying abroad training base.
