The UK Higher Education Diploma Programme (CSCSE-SQA HND) 2011 Hotel Management professional demonstration curricular activities on December 7, 2011 held in Nanjing. The participants in the British national higher education diploma project activities include Beijing International Education Consulting Co., Ltd. Yin Hong, Wuhan University, Guizhou Normal University, Renmin University of China Training Institute, Nanjing University, and Xiamen University. The hotel management professional demonstration curricular activities are organized by the Nanjing University Department of Foreign Languages. As a demonstration lesson presentation venue, the purpose of this demonstration is the first lesson in hotel management professional activities as a theme, and select five-star hotel to highlight the practical operation of the hotel’s professional and strong features, simulates the real operating environment to maximize hotel reinforcing effect demonstration. The demonstration curricular activities are divided into morning and afternoon two parts.
