On April 17, a six-member delegation led by Gillian Hepburn, Director of International at Qualifications Scotland, and Dang Yuan, Deputy General Manager of Beijing YinHong International Education Consulting Co., Ltd., visited International College(IC), Xiamen University(XMU).
