With gentle spring breezes and lush greenery, on May 16, the International College(IC), Xiamen University(XMU) organized a spring outing for its faculty and staff to Changtai Fuyou Ecological Farm, aiming to further enrich their spiritual and cultural life and enhance team cohesion.

The event featured a rich and enjoyable lineup of activities. Faculty members came together to craft their own hand-brewed coffee, experience the folk tradition of wrapping zongzi for the Dragon Boat Festival, pick fresh fruit in the orchards, and learn the traditional techniques of making clay-baked chicken and roasted sweet potatoes. Amidst these hands-on experiences, colleagues also found time to gather for tea, sharing moments from both work and daily life, relishing a moment of leisure.

The outing provided a welcome break from busy work schedules, helping faculty members relax, deepen their friendships, and boost their sense of happiness. Everyone expressed that they would return to their teaching duties with renewed vigor and commitment, striving to contribute to the College's high-quality development.
