According to the election method, through strict voting, supervision and counting procedures, the congress elected a new trade union committee by secret ballot, and the new trade union committee was composed of 7 teaching and administrative staff members including DAI Yu and XIAO Ningyao.

At noon, the college's new department trade union committee held the first plenary meeting, the meeting elected DAI Yu as the chairman of the trade union, XIAO Ningyao as the vice chairman of the trade union, and discussed the specific division of labor of the organization committee, publicity committee, cultural and entertainment committee, sports committee and life and welfare committee.
