As the start of the 15-day military training of the 2015 freshmen, a mobilization meeting was held on Oct. 29th. Party committee vice secretary Lind Dongwei, the officers and men of the training troops, as well as all the trained students attended the meeting.

Nearly five hundred students of InternationalCollege take part in the military training this year. In order to develop students’ self-discipline personality, from the year of 2005, InternationalCollege insists that new students must participate in military training. That will benefit their studies in the following years.

This year is the 70th anniversary of the victory of the anti-Japanese/anti-Fascist war. The university was not destroyed in the eight-year war, instead, she was moved to West Fujian and improved there. The history encourages each member of the university to fight for the country.

The meeting was ended in “The March of People's Liberation Army of China”.
