Exchange meeting of 2014 CSCSE-SQA HND Project which endorsed by Chinese Service Center for Scholarly Exchange (CSCSE) and organized by International College of Xiamen University was held in the lobby of Kunluan Building on Xiangan Campus on 16th October morning. The staffs from CSCSE SQA HND Project and the representatives from more than twenty overseas universities participated in the meeting, which including Oxford Brookes University, The University of Hull, De Montfort University,Linnaeus University,University of Bradford,Royal Roads University etc.

On the meeting , the staff of CSCSE SQA HND Project Wang Hongti was the fist to give a speech. He said, “This exchange meeting aims at strengthen communication among colleges, and provides a chance for the students to get the information of overseas universities directly.” He hoped that  the students could receive good quality counseling service and from CSCSE.

The vice-dean of International College Lv Zixuan delivered the welcome speech, and introduced the college-running characteristics to all the guests. He put a premium on great significance of this exchange meeting which provided an excellent platform for the students to have a face-to-face communication with overseas universities. At the end, he hoped all the students can cherish this valuable opportunities and collect more information of each university so as to make a better preparation for the further study.

After the opening ceremony, students went to the stand of each university actively, talked to the representatives enthusiastically and tried to know more about the universities that they interest in. It is worth mentioning that more parents participated in the meeting than previous years. Through this meeting, the parents knew more advantages and convenience of SQA HND project, and also had a better understanding of their children’s study and life. At the end of the meeting all the guests posed for photographs.
