The March of Xiamen have permeated with green trees and the flowers everywhere. On March 30th afternoon, there was a group of enthusiastic young people coming to Dongping Mountain. They were young teachers from overseas education college/International College and young people working in Xiamen celadon digital technology co., LTD.

At 3:00 pm, the fellowship activity was started. In order to facilitate everybody befamiliar with as soon as possible, one-on-one competition called guess black and white was interesting and attracted attention immediately. The second game was moving balls between men and women. A young man took the initiative to invite a female youth as a team in the competition. Each group had three teams to compete with, and winners from each group competed again. Finally Lin Zhixian from our college and No. 12 from celadon company won the champion. Not only the champion but every participator were offered different prizes.

Next, everyone introduced himself/herself in detail including the name, hometown, graduated school and his/her hobbies, etc. The third game was you describe I guess, which tested the tacit understanding degree among participants. Some people chose to participate with the lover, some people chose the colleagues, while others chose to friends that newly met. Another round of games began with fun.

In the end, we voted the most popular girl and the boy, and presented the most popular awards for them.
This activity offered platforms for the young people from two units to meet new friends and relax after the work. Through activities, some people found the person from same hometown, some people found alumni, and some found playmates who have the same hobby. In the future, the labor union will continue to explore methods and activities to help our young teachers to broaden network and circle of friends, and make efforts to create a harmonious college.
