Recently, a student from Grade 2012 of the International College Yi Wu went to study at the Dublin Business School and won the title “International Students Ambassador”. At the annual award ceremony for international students ambassador and the Ireland government scholarship winners on April 21, Yi Wu accepted the honor of Minister of Education awarded certificate and had the chance to talk to the Chinese Ambassador to Ireland.

The ceremony was held in Farmleigh House，where the Irish government welcome the distinguished international guests. Prime Minster Rongji Zhu was the first guest in Farmleigh House, President Obama and the Queen of England were once received here.

Irish International students project was established by Irish government, with the aim of promoting the development of the international education in Ireland. This project provides two students ambassadors for each school, and Yi Wu from the International College won the title.

The students ambassador have the opportunities to share their overseas education experience on official website of Ireland Education Bureau. Besides, this project organizes all kinds of events to help students make friends all over the world and improve their English.
