National anthem was played at the start of the ceremonies, which was followed by military parades of sophomores in army uniforms who had just finished their military training on campus. All the students were high in spirits, shouting slogans loudly, showing fortified unity. They displayed soldierly resolution and fortitude to give their best performance after military training.

During the report-back meetings displaying achievements of the military training, women students from our college joined the performance of flag semaphore. They were full of spirit and energy with the flags held high in front of them, and showed the brilliant semaphore to the audience accompanied by the rhythm of the music. While the man students demonstrated military boxing sonorously,forcefully and momentously.

The most eye-catching performance were from the Little Apple square which were made up of 100 drillmasters and 50 students. Standard actions such as kick, bent-knees sit-up,push-up were artfully combined with the cheerful music. The audiences watched carefully and burst into spontaneous applause time and time again.

The military parade came to an end eventually, leaving a lasting impression on students’ mind. They felt proud that they had successfully completed the military training from which they gained so much and would transfer the high spirit they had for the training to their study to achieve academic excellence.
